1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing system-grovepoint.click or engaging System Grovepoint Co., Ltd. for reserve snapshot services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this website and our services.

2. Services Description

System Grovepoint provides on-site documentation of digital asset holdings maintained on air-gapped hardware wallets. Our services include quarterly reserve snapshots, annual custody reviews, and ad-hoc verification visits. We produce written reports based on balances witnessed during in-person visits. We do not manage assets, execute transactions, or provide investment, tax, or legal advice.

3. Engagement Terms

Service engagements are confirmed upon receipt of a signed engagement letter and required deposit. Scope, pricing, and delivery timelines are specified in the engagement letter for each visit. Changes to scope after confirmation may result in revised pricing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring hardware wallets are accessible, charged, and operable at the time of the visit. Clients must provide accurate information in pre-visit questionnaires. Clients who use multisig arrangements must ensure required signers are available or provide written authorisation for partial verification.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is the property of System Grovepoint Co., Ltd. Reserve snapshot reports delivered to clients are licensed for the client’s internal use, investor reporting, and audit support. Reports may not be resold or republished without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

System Grovepoint documents balances as displayed on client devices at the time of visit. We are not responsible for discrepancies arising from device malfunction, incorrect display, subsequent transactions, or market price movements after the visit date. Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, holdings data, and visit details as confidential. Information is shared only with authorised recipients designated by the client and as required by applicable law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
