Quarterly Reserve Snapshot

Who this is for

Investors and allocators who maintain digital asset reserves on one or more hardware wallets that are never connected to the internet. Typical clients hold Bitcoin, Ethereum, or stablecoin balances across Ledger, Trezor, or similar cold-storage devices and need quarterly documentation for limited partners, auditors, or personal records.

What is included

• Pre-visit questionnaire covering device types, approximate holdings, and any multisig arrangements
• On-site attendance at your office or secure location in the Seoul metropolitan area
• Witnessed balance confirmation on each air-gapped device without network connection
• Photographic record of device serial numbers and screen displays (with your approval)
• Signed reserve snapshot report with asset breakdown, valuation basis, and quarter-end date
• Secure delivery of the report via encrypted email or physical handover

What is excluded

• Connection of your devices to any network, computer, or Grovepoint equipment
• Recovery of lost seed phrases or access credentials
• Tax preparation, investment advice, or portfolio management
• Valuation using proprietary pricing models (we use publicly available reference prices at time of visit)
• Visits outside the Seoul metro area without prior arrangement and travel surcharge

The visit

A Grovepoint associate arrives with printed checklists, a camera (if you permit photographs), and a laptop that remains disconnected from your devices. You power on each hardware wallet independently. The associate records displayed balances, wallet addresses visible on screen, and any notes you provide about recent transactions. The entire process typically requires three to four hours depending on the number of devices.

Preparation

Before the visit, complete our custody questionnaire listing each device model, approximate asset types held, and the date of your last self-recorded balance. Ensure devices are charged and accessible. If you use multisig, have the required number of signers available or provide written authorisation for partial verification.

Pricing

Engagements start at ₩1,800,000 per quarter for up to three devices. Additional devices are ₩350,000 each. Annual retainer packages covering four quarterly visits receive a 12% discount. Travel to locations outside central Seoul is quoted separately.
