Transparent pricing for quarterly reserve snapshots, annual custody reviews, and ad-hoc verification visits across the Seoul metropolitan area.
How we price engagements
Every Grovepoint engagement is priced based on the number of hardware wallets verified, travel distance from central Seoul, and the documentation format required. The figures below are starting points; we provide a written quote after reviewing your pre-visit questionnaire.
Quarterly Reserve Snapshot
Half-day on-site visit, up to three air-gapped devices, signed quarterly report.
Per quarter. Additional devices: ₩350,000 each. Annual retainer (four visits): 12% discount.
Annual Custody Review
Four quarterly visits plus annual custody dossier with year-over-year analysis.
Per year. Available to returning clients after one completed quarterly engagement.
Ad-hoc Verification Visit
Single balance confirmation outside the quarterly cycle, up to two devices.
Per visit. Additional devices: ₩250,000 each.
Factors that affect your quote
Device count — Each additional hardware wallet adds verification time and report complexity. Multisig arrangements requiring multiple signers present may extend the visit duration.
Location — Visits within Jung-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seocho-gu, and Yongsan-gu are covered at standard rates. Locations in Gyeonggi Province or beyond the Seoul metro incur a travel surcharge quoted in advance.
Urgency — Quarter-end scheduling fills quickly. Visits requested with fewer than five business days’ notice may carry a scheduling premium of 15%.
Report format — Standard delivery is encrypted PDF via email. Physical bound copies, notarised attestations, or bilingual (Korean/English) reports are available at additional cost.
Payment terms
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a visit date. The balance is due upon delivery of the reserve report. We accept bank transfer (KRW) and, for international clients, USD wire transfer. We do not process card payments or cryptocurrency.
What is not included
Pricing covers documentation only. We do not provide tax advice, investment recommendations, asset management, device repair, seed phrase recovery, or network-based blockchain analysis. Valuations in reports use publicly available reference prices at the time of the visit.
